School trustees elected in southwest Winnipeg

On Oct. 22 Winnipeggers elected their school trustees. Here’s a list of all the school trustee winners,
according to unofficial final results, in areas served by The Sou’wester:

Winnipeg School Division Ward 1
• Sherri Rollins — 2,324 votes  (31.15 per cent).

Winnipeg School Division Ward 2
• Chris Broughton — 2,280 votes (34.78 per cent).

Winnipeg School Division Ward 3
• Mark Wasyliw — 5,149 votes (66.46 per cent).

Pembina Trails School Division Ward 1
• Gerry Melnyk — 7,044 votes (28.44 per cent);
• Dianne Zuk — 6,247 votes (25.22 per cent);
• Jaime Glenat — 4,822 votes (19.47 per cent).

Pembina Trails School Division Ward 2
• David Johnson — 8,953 votes (25.90 per cent);
• Tim Johnson — 7,974 votes (23.06 per cent);
• Sheila Billinghurst — 6,837 votes (19.78 per cent).

Pembina Trails School Division Ward 3
• Kathleen McMillan — 5,552 votes (22.63 per cent);
• Julie Fisher — 5,109 votes (20.83 per cent);
• Laureen Goodridge — 4,450 votes (18.14 per cent).

Seine River Ward 1 (partial results)
• Wendy Bloomfield — 1,469 votes (35.41 per cent);
• Gary Nelson — 1,016 votes (24.49 per cent);
• Greg Reid — 1,005 votes (24.22 per cent).
