If there is no tote bag hanging when the carrier comes, then there will be no delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Tote bag must be made from cloth with strong handles and large enough to carry a stack of flyers.  No plastic shopping bags please as these are neither strong enough nor large enough.<\/li>\n<li>With requested delivery, you must be prepared to grant the carrier access to the building. No different than any other delivery service.<\/li>\n<li>Flyer packages are delivered <strong>ONLY BY REQUEST<\/strong>.
