Ron Vert and Patsy Andrews-Vert, from Starbuck, are shown attending the International Handbell Symposium in Cairns, Australia from August 6 to 11. Patsy was the Canadian representative to the International Handbell Committee meeting and acted as assistant secretary and assistant chair.<\/p>\n

The Verts were among the 301 ringers who took part in the massed ringing room activity.<\/p>
