The applicant &mdash; J. Wintrup Consulting Ltd. &mdash; is proposing to construct a two-storey, three-unit multi-family building measuring 8.23 in height. The plans were approved by the committee.<\/p>\n<p>The committee also approved plans for 155, 157, and 165 Provencher Blvd. The 19,344-square-foot lot is comprised of two vacant buildings, and 165 Provencher is vacant land. It will include 94 residential units and 65 parking stalls, as well as retail, restaurant, and office space.<\/p><\/figcaption>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/figure>\n<p>The committee recommended to the public works committee that the public service conduct a traffic study along Rue Des Trappistes from Pembina Highway to Rue Des Ruines Du Monastere in the St. Norbert-Seine River ward to determine if additional traffic calming or safety measures are required. In addition, a traffic study was recommended at the intersection of Allegheny Drive and Dalhousie Drive to assess the need for improved pedestrian crossing, including the installation of flashing beacons or other safety measures.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, a zoning agreement for 419 St. Anne&rsquo;s Rd. was amended, to allow for the expansion of the St. Anne&rsquo;s Day Nursery, currently located in the building at 425 St. Anne&rsquo;s Rd.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This is a good community use, this is a good idea,&rdquo; Coun.
