That American standup comedian Stewart Huff did once supply sperm to his lesbian sister's wife makes for a catchy title for a fringe show, but it is a minor part of his personal story.
It probably does indicate that the Kentucky resident is an accommodating guy to all — except rednecks — which he purposefully attempts to bait whenever they unhappily find themselves listening to his anti-racism, anti-Trump and liberal message. Some have opted to do more than simply withhold applause, he says, recalling the times he was punched onstage, was the target of a thrown flip-flop and when an audience member in Arkansas defecated on his car.
It was easy to believe the self-described honest comic when he said he was glad to be in Canada, where he has sold out his first two performances here. He employs humour effectively to entertain when not having to open hatred-filled minds.

From the Fringe program:
"There is no doubt that Stewart Huff deserves all five stars for his standup show." 5 STARS – Edmonton Journal
Comedian and Kentucky Liberal Stewart Huff is a two-time Best Comedy Award Winner (Orlando Fringe) and winner of the Aspen Comedy Festival.
In the style of Mark Twain with the bite of George Carlin, Stewart tells the hilarious story of Donating Sperm to My Sister's Wife. He actually did that. Then wrote this award-winning one-man comedy show. That really pisses off rednecks.
Show Length: 60 minutes
Suggested Audience: Parental Guidance
Warnings: Coarse language, sexual content
