I am happily married to my wife Jaime and a proud new father to Lincoln, who will be 7 months old on election day. I live in Bonavista which is located right here in the constituency of Lagimodiere. I grew up and was educated in our province, graduating from St. Paul’s High School and from the University of Manitoba. I was elected to the Manitoba Legislature at the age of 34, representing the constituency of Southdale. It has been incredibly honoured to serve in this capacity and I thank the people of Southdale for the incredible opportunity to represent them in the Manitoba Legislative Assembly. With the re-drawing of the provincial boundaries, I am running in Lagimodiere since that is where I live.

About You
What is the biggest issue facing your community, and how would you address it?
We are experiencing a lot of population growth in the community. If elected, our PC Party has committed to build two additional schools in Sage Creek. One school will be for the Louis Riel School Division while the second will be for the Division scolaire franco-manitobaine (DSFM). This is part of our PC Party’s commitment to build 20 schools across the province over the next 10 years.
Why did you decide to run for office?
I want to make sure that the future of the province is financially sustainable for my son’s generation. They deserve to inherit the same opportunities that my generation did. Our PC Team is focussed on fixing the finances of the province, repairing the services and rebuilding the economy. I believe that government needs to create opportunities for economic growth and not mortgage our children’s future by racking up large deficits.
