EDMONTON -- A Winnipeg Blue Bombers victory over the Edmonton Eskimos here Thursday night came at a steep price.

Receivers Weston Dressler and Darvin Adams both sustained injuries in the game - Dressler hurt his right leg while Adams was seen in a sling after the game - and the team tweeted overnight that the injuries are "significant" and there is a possibility they may re-sign longtime former Bombers slotback Clarence Denmark.

Denmark played five seasons with the Bombers and was a CFL all-star in 2014. The club released him during the off-season. He subsequently signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders but was among the final cuts in Regina coming out of training camp last month.
