The 35-year-old winger has entered the NHL's COVID-19 protocols. It doesn't necessarily mean he has the virus but could be awaiting test results.

The Jets offered no other comment today.

Veteran centre Paul Stastny skated with Mark Scheifele and Kyle Connor in practice this morning at Xcel Energy Center.

The Jets dropped their first two games of the year, with losses in Anaheim and San Jose. They face the Wild on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
