ST. PAUL -- The Winnipeg Jets and Minnesota Wild are tied 3-3 after two periods in St. Paul.

ST. PAUL -- The Winnipeg Jets and Minnesota Wild are tied 3-3 after two periods in St. Paul.

Jets defenceman Josh Morrissey and Wild forward Mats Zuccarello scored in the middle frame.

Kyle Connor had a pair in the opening period, while Zuccarello and Joel Eriksson Ek had the Minnesota goals.

Shots are 24-21 for the Wild through 40 minutes.

The Jets are looking to close out the season-opening three-game road trip on a winning note after losing games in Anaheim and San Jose.
