THE Winnipeg Jets will compete in the 2022 Young Stars Classic in Penticton, B.C. this fall, the team announced Wednesday.
Winnipeg’s top prospects will suit up at the event set for Sept. 16-19. They’ll open the Young Stars Classic Sept. 16 at 6 p.m. against Calgary, play the Vancouver Canucks two days later at 4 p.m. and round out their schedule against the Edmonton Oilers on the final day of the event at 1 p.m.
It’s the seventh time the club has participated in the Young Stars Classic.
