Tonight: AVS @ JETS

Hey there, time traveller!
This article was published 18/3/2014 (1252 days ago), so information in it may no longer be current.

The Avs have five players who have hit the 20-goal mark this season: leading scorer Matt Duchene (22 goals, 66 points), Ryan O'Reilly (25 goals), Gabriel Landeskog (20), Nathan MacKinnon (23) and Paul Stastny (20).

You can say they love offence, but Colorado has protected leads well, going 32-0-2 so far when leading games after two periods.

The team's road winning streak ended at four games with Tuesday night's 6-3 loss in Montreal, the margin two late penalties that led to Habs power-play goals, plus an empty-net goal.

Colorado has won just three of its last six, but that span includes a 3-2 overtime win at home over the Jets.

The Avs and Jets have played nothing but one-goal games this season, Colorado winning three of the four, one in a shootout and another in overtime. Winnipeg's only win in the series, in Denver, was in overtime.
