The medals are pouring in for Manitoba on the water at the Canada Games.

Before noon today, Team 'Toba captured three medals on the last day of competition at the Manitoba Canoe and Kayak Centre.

The women's IC-4 200-metre team, featuring Maddy Mitchell, Nicole Boyle, Sandra Page and Naomi Stevens won gold with a time of 44.420, the province's first first gold medal in a canoeing event at these Games.

And Manitoban James Lavallee paddled his way to two medals this morning, winning silver in the K-1 200-metre and bronze in the K-4 200-metre with teammates Zachary Adams, Hayden Fellner and Sacha Skirzyk.

There will be more opportunities for Manitoba to medal this afternoon; the final race takes place at 4 p.m.
