The Parade award winners were determined by a mix of Parade judging panels that reviewed the electronic submissions from each entrant and judging panels who visited each of the Parade Homes. Once again, the judging was extremely close in all of the categories. This is not surprising when you consider that our volunteer judges are faced with choosing a winner from an incredible selection of the best designed, best built and best displayed new homes in Canada. | The first three categories of awards were for condominiums. These included bungalows and townhouse style condos. The 22 remaining categories were for single family detached homes. These distinct categories are based on style (townhouse, bungalow and two-storey) and price range. | One of the key messages of the evening was association membership. The strength of the Manitoba Home Builders’ Association comes from the support and engagement of its members. MHBA members are the leaders and community builders in our province’s residential construction sector.
