Armed robbers strike Ste Agathe business

A pair of men armed with long guns, robbed a Ste Agathe business two weeks ago, news of which the RCMP first released Friday.

The original incident happened at about 1:55 a.m. on Sept. 17, when St Pierre RCMP responded to the business on Voyageur Road.

“Two suspects wearing masks and carrying firearms, entered the business, pointed the firearms at two employees, stole cash and items and fled in a blue four-door vehicle,” the press release said.

The two employees were not injured.

The suspects are described as Black males, wearing dark clothing and facemasks. They were both carrying long guns.
