If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, Mitchell and Area Fun Days is hosting its 17th annual celebration, and there’s a whole lot of activities listed under the "free" column.
Without cracking open your wallet, you can eat pancakes, let your kids run around on inflatable bouncers, play bingo and watch a live performance from the classic rock band, Cracked Egg Shell.
The event starts at 8 a.m. on Saturday and ends with a 10:30 a.m. church service followed by lunch at noon on Sunday.
Other activities include a slo-pitch tournament, petting zoo, silent auction and car show.
Most events are happening at the Stahn Field in Mitchell, but it’ll move to the seniors’ centre if it rains.
