RCMP are asking anyone who is missing cattle to call police.
RCMP received a report of five cows on Provincial Road 210 and St Raymonds Road just north of Ste Anne on Sunday. With the help of a local animal recovery unit, the cows were gathered in a safe place and are being cared for.
There’s just one problem. "The owners of the cows have yet to be identified," RCMP said in a Monday afternoon press release.
Anyone with any knowledge of who would be the owner of these cows is requested to contact the Steinbach RCMP Detachment at (204)326-4452.
