Kids shop with cops

Around 60 Winnipeg students recently had the chance to do some holiday shopping with a cop.

On Dec. 6, the Winnipeg Police Service held its 11th annual Cop Shop event at St. Vital Centre, when the students, who were from different school divisions across the city, were picked up at their respective schools by police officers and taken to the centre, where they were each given $200 to enjoy a two-hour spree accompanied by a police officer.
