Football Manitoba held its championship weekend Oct. 28 and 29. St. Vital Mustangs teams won both the Manitoba Major Junior Football League title, defeating the East Side Eagles 38-27, and the Manitoba Minor Football Association’s atom championship, with Mustangs Black defeating the St. James Rods 36-6. The Falcons Football Club’s white squad defeated the club’s own green team 82-66 to win the bantam championship.
