Rambling with… a Food for Thought update

Hey there, time traveller!
This article was published 10/07/2024 (681 days ago), so information in it may no longer be current.
So, I decided to once again to reach out to Melanie Rushton at Food for Thought Catering, which is located at 840 Erin St. (the northwest corner of Erin and St. Matthews Avenue).
Food for Thought has been a reliable source of prepared meals for me, and a little bird told me they were making some changes and I, being ever diligent (or maybe that’s just nosy), needed to know what these changes would entail:
So, Melanie would you care to expand on the recent upgrades and changes at Food for Thought?

The changes are a discount for online purchases, and I would want to mention more about our curbside pickup. We no longer have walk-in here, so customers need to pre-order. Curbside pickup has been working great for our customers, especially for seniors or those with mobility issues. (Overall, since the pandemic) we are operating with a smaller staff in general but growing as a frozen-food company. Catering requires a lot more staff.
Your contact info is still the same, I presume?
Clients can call 204-772-3663 to order, or order online at www.foodft.ca
By ordering online, customers can take advantage of discounts and promotions. Right now, we are offering a site-wide discount of fiver per cent off for orders placed online between July 10-16. We deliver citywide, or you can pick your order up (using our curbside deliver service after pre-ordinering) at 840 Erin St.
Anything else you would like to add?
I would just like to once again remind new customers that our location does not provide walk-in service. All orders can be placed online or by phone for same-day or next-day delivery or pick up. Our business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
