Join us at St.Norbert Arts Centre for community connection, gardening, and entertainment! Step into a weekend designed to nourish connection—to the land, to yourself, and to one another. Seeds of Life Alliance is a community gathering rooted in presence, contribution, and shared experience. Through nature-based practices, music, movement, and meaningful connection, we create space to slow down, participate, and belong.Come for a few hours or stay for the full weekend. Everything is optional—follow what feels right for you.
Saturday: Gather, Create & Celebrate
11:00AM: Nature Walk & Grounding. Begin the day by arriving fully—connecting with the land, your body, and the moment.
11:30AM: Volunteering & Rolling Potluck. A time to contribute to the space together and share food in community. Bring a dish if you’re able.
2:30–5:30 PM: Afternoon Entertainment & Movement
2:30–2:45 PM: Belly Dance Performance by Sacred Sisters
3:00–4:00 PM: Live Music by Grace and Jesse
4:15–5:30 PM: Free Dance led by Steph with music by Curious Shaman
5:30 PM onward: Fireside Hangout. Settle in for a relaxed evening of connection, conversation, and community around the fire.
Sunday: Restore & Deepen
10:30–11:30 AM: Live Music Yoga with Kris and Larysa
11:30 AM–2:30 PM: Volunteering in the Gardens

Sign up on Eventbrite for a complimentary ticket with 2-3 hours of volunteer time. This will help us keep track of volunteers.
Garden tools will be provided by SNAC. Feel free to bring your own work gloves and your favourite weeding tool!
