Lyle offers unconditional love

Hi, I’m Lyle, an incredibly loving husky mix. I enjoy being around my family, belly rubs, playing tug and going for walks, though I still need practise on a leash. I’ve just had my second vaccine so haven’t met too many other dogs but get along well with the few that I’ve met. I don’t know if I like cats yet.

I love my personal space. My kennel is my favorite place to relax but I prefer the door open and will groan in displeasure when you close it.

I am fully house-trained and I would benefit from having another calm dog in the house — no puppies please.

I like the cats in my foster home but sometimes I need a reminder not to play so rough.

Meet Cobalt

Hi. I’m Cobalt! I am a gorgeous boy with short legs and large clumsy feet!

I want to be right next to you kissing and slobbering on you. I like to get as close as I can to you and please feel free to brush me too, as I quite enjoy all the attention.

I am a gentle boy, but I may jump up when I am excited. I am very quick to take direction, though. I do not nip or chew on things in the home, which is pretty darn good for a one-year-old.

I am house trained, but it is best if you take me outside often as I adapt to my new home.

Marta needs personal space and room to run

Hi, I’m Marta and I am a shy and sassy girl!

I love my personal space. My kennel is my favourite place to relax but I prefer the door open and will groan in displeasure when you close it. Also, apartment or condo living will not be a good fit for me.

I am fully house-trained. I would benefit from having another calm dog in the house; no puppies, please. I like the cats in my foster home but sometimes I need a reminder not to play so rough.

Also, it would be best if I am in a home with no children under 10. I like my personal space and am slow to trust — tiny humans are too fast and unpredictable for my liking.

I’m a princess but not a diva. I love to play but I also love to relax in a warm home and be with my people.

I am just about fully house0trained if you watch for me standing by the door. I am fully crate-trained and sleep through the night. I am sometimes bouncy with myhuman siblings and I am very unsure of the other dog and cats in the house because I want all of the attention, toys, and food to go to me. So I think it would be best if I am the only pet in my new home. This would make me very happy and help me feel safe. A fenced yard would also be ideal.

I don’t have all my shots so I haven’t been on a leash much, and I will need some practise, just like I am working on slowing down when eating and minding my manners.

Layke is looking for her forever home

Frosty needs to find a forever home

Hi, I’m Frosty and I am a fun and energetic guy! As you can see I am a super-handsome and adorable husky cross.

I am fully house-trained but if I am bored or you don’t pick up on my cues I may have an accident. I am kennel-trained and I like to run into my kennel for my Kong and a bedtime treat and I sleep through the night.

I am wary of new people and dogs for the first five minutes but then I am all over you. I am working on not jumping up but I am a husky and that’s how I like to greet you, so smaller children (under five years old) might not be the best fit for me

I love food but I would do best with a slow feeder bowl. Due to my husky voice, it is best I that do not live in an apartment or condo. I love to come for quick cuddles and quick kisses and I will always be close by, but I am not a sleep-with-you, couch-potato guy.
