Canada Day 2023 – Finding Our North Star • July 1, The Forks

• Forks Festival grounds – 10:30 p.m. – Acakos drone show. Acakos (ah-cha-kos) means ‘star’ in Cree and this show has been curated around the teachings of Elder Wilfred Buck, a member of Opaskwayak Cree Nation and internationally renowned star knowledge keeper

Sol James will play a concert in Royalwood Park on Saturday, July 1 as part of a neighbourhood Canada Day celebration.
