Local church raises $13,000 for Harvest Manitoba

A seasonal concert, featuring local singers performing Handel’s Messiah, organized by Covenant Christian Reformed Church (653 Knowles Ave.) raised $13,000 for Harvest Manitoba. More than 90 local voices chipped in on the performance, which took place from Dec. 15 to 17, 2023, and also featured soloists and section leaders from the University of Manitoba’s Desautels Faculty of Music.
