Spring break is right around the corner, and there’s plenty to do across the city and beyond for children of all ages.

The Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada (2088 Wellington Ave.) is hosting an array of challenges by way of a new activity passport, including an immersive look into aerial combat with its Ace Academy biplane simulator, where visitors can test their dogfighting skills as a First World War flying ace. Manitoba Museum (190 Rupert Ave.) has a full slate of educational experiences lined up for spring break, including scavenger hunts and hands-on activities such as examining fossils and learning about old-fashioned technologies. A new planetarium show, We Are Guardians, exploring the interconnectedness of our world and the impact of human activities on climate change will premiere next week.
