Culture was on full display at Access Centre (48 Holland Rd.) in West St. Paul as the local Ukrainian community celebrated Ukrainian Independence Day on Aug. 24.

Hundreds attended the free, family-friendly event, which included music, dancing, sing-alongs, kids’ activities, soccer, a bouncy castle, Ukrainian food, vendors and more.
