More than 100 people turned out in support of St. Vital Agricultural Society’s first in-person fundraiser since the start of the pandemic.

The society’s event A Gardener’s Evening was held on May 11 at St. Mary’s Road United Church, and featured a flower arranging demonstration by Top Hat Florist owner Jim Fuller.

“Jim lead the way with his awesome designs and the proceeds from the arrangements, plant sales and auction followed,” said SVAS’ president Karen Fontaine, noting 115 guests attended the event.
