Join us at MITT Pow Wow to honour our Indigenous students. The event is open to the public, and all are invited to attend and participate.
Program:
– 11 a.m. Pipe Ceremony
– Noon Grand Entry followed by honouring of students
– 4 p.m. Feast
Pow Wow includes a variety of activities throughout the day, including drumming and dancing. Indigenous vendors and crafters will also be on-site selling a variety of items.
Drum group participation is by invite only, but dancers are welcome to attend and participate. Dancer registration will be on site.
