Roadhouse Eatery robbed

An armed man robbed the Roadhouse Eatery at 5540 Portage Ave. in Headingley on June 3 at 9:45 p.m.

 

According to a report on the Manitoba Crime Stoppers website, the robber is described as a Caucasian male, with a slim build, 5’4” to 5’5”, and who walks with his feet pointed outwards.

He was dressed in a black long-sleeved shirt, black pants and black boots. His face and head were covered by a black paint ball helmet and face shield.  He was wielding a black pistol (possibly semi-automatic) in his right hand as he entered the restaurant.

The robber kept telling the worker, “I need $300: take the money, take the money.”

Once the suspect was given a small amount of money, he fled out the front door.
