Eight local youth spent their spring break building themselves BMX bikes to cap off the Momentum – Portage project. Designed to get people on bikes and funded by Neighbourhoods Alive!, Momentum – Portage is a partnership between the WRENCH (Winnipeg Repair Education aNd Cycling Hub) and the City of Portage la Prairie Active Transportation Committee.
