If you’re looking to get fit and contribute to helping raise some cash and awareness for those who struggle with mental health, you are in luck.

With two fun events coming up for those of all fitness levels, Fukumoto Fitness (50 Burnett Ave.) is appealing to people of all fitness levels to hit the mat and help out.

The first event takes place on Halloween, and marks the return of Fukumoto’s Pumpkin Workout in support of Anxiety Disorders Association of Manitoba (ADAM). Participants are invited to show up in costume, including running shoes and water bottles, and have some fun. Cost is $15 cash, with 100 per cent of the proceeds going to ADAM. A tax receipt is available for those who choose to donate $20 or more.
