Financial advisor and television personality Gail Vaz-Oxlade will be in Winnipeg just in time to dish out some financial advice.

On the heels of the busiest retail and shopping season, Vaz-Oxlade will be at McNally Robinson Booksellers (1120 Grant Ave.) on Jan. 11 at 7 p.m. to promote her new book Money Talks: When To Say Yes and How to Say No.

According to a release, money is often blamed for conflict, instead of figuring out the real problem and dealing with it objectively. Money Talks details how to communicate to your partners, family or friends that it’s time for financial change.
