Still dreaming of meeting Garth Brooks

Devi Gershbain is still not giving up on her dream of meeting Garth Brooks. The 48-year-old St. Vital resident — who has a Brooks tattoo on her right arm — is a massive fan of the country singer and has seen him approximately 17 times across North America, in places such as Minneapolis, New York, Denver, Nashville and Los Angeles. And with Brooks currently in Winnipeg to play MTS Centre, the long-haul truck driver had tickets for shows on both June 18 and 19.
