The West End BIZ unveiled its third and final mural of the summer on Aug. 31 at 966 Portage Ave. Artist Charlie Johnston created the piece in homage to the 2017 Canada Summer Games, using the Games colours to create an image of athletes competing for their provinces. Not even the parking boards were left out of Johnson’s eye-catching design.
