Amid all the COVID-19 pandemic crisis jitters, it is hard to believe how life and lifestyles can turn on a dime.

Just a short time ago, my own regular routines of going to the gym and swimming weekly with my spouse turned upside down to nothing. All recreation facilities have been closed since mid-March and we have had to be much more creative in getting in a daily exercise routine. Daily walks outside are a must but we have to remember to practise social distancing with others.

We have decided to give up on regular grocery shopping in favor of online orders. The fury in the stores is not only frustrating but certainly unnecessary.
