New LXTX luxury apartments now open

It’s now possible to enjoy luxury living at its finest at a new apartment building located in the heart of Tuxedo Point.
The much-anticipated luxury apartment called LXTX opened its doors on April 1 at 835 Sterling Lyon Pkwy.
“It’s the brainchild of feedback we received from previous projects that people wanted a luxury apartment offering in Winnipeg — and that’s very much what we delivered here,” said Will Rossall, director of leasing for Private Pension Partners.

Nine different layouts are available with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom suites ranging from 570 square feet to 2,097 square feet. Monthly rent starts at $1,385 for one bedroom and $2,185 for two bedrooms. The three-bedroom suites are proving to be extremely popular, and prices are available on request.
“It’s all based on an extensive underwriting package that we put together to determine what the area needed,” Rossall said. “The level of finish is going to be consistent regardless of suite choice. No matter what you choose, you’re still going to have a beautifully finished kitchen with luxury appliances and stone countertops. You’re also still going to have a walk-in closet and in-suite laundry, so the only thing you need to decide is how much space you need.”
