PBA kicks off its basketball season

The Philippine Basketball Association Winnipeg Inc. (PBA) kicked off its season on Nov. 6 with a big celebration at Garden City Collegiate. The morning included a parade and best uniform and Miss PBA 2016 competitions. Special guests like Premier Brian Pallister and MLA for Kildonan Nic Curry attended the event to celebrate with PBA and its members.
