A ceremony was held in Crescent Park (781 Crescent Dr.) on Oct. 31 to present Winnipeg 150 medal recipients from Fort Rouge-East Fort Garry with their awards. Recipients also had trees planted in the park in their names.
Pictured are recipients Bill Jost, Kate Fenske, Christine Brouzes, Mark Cohoe, Orland Backstrom, Roland Vandal, Brian Hawkeye, and Coun. Sherri Rollins (Fort Rouge-East Fort Garry), who presented the awards. Mary Agnes Welch was not present.
