Organizers at Dreams Take Flight Winnipeg recently hosted a Hawaiian-themed social fundraiser at Four Crowns Restaurant and Bar (1030 McPhillips St.).

The May 9 event attracted more than 200 attendees, providing “an evening of great music, delicious food, and a raffle, creating a memorable experience for all who attended,” organizers said in a statement.

Dreams Take Flight Winnipeg will take its 30th anniversary flight later this year, when around 120 children who live with physical, mental or social challenges will be flown to Disneyland for a whistle-stop trip-of-a-lifetime.
