Prayer Fellowship celebrates 22 years

On June 22, around 300 people gathered at St. Gerard’s parish church at 45 Foster St. to celebrate the 22nd year anniversary of the Winnipeg chapter of El Shaddai DWXI Prayer Partners Fellowship International.
The praise and worship activities begun with the worship songs by the El Shaddai DWXI choir and the congregation’s band leader. Alex Castello. assisted by Jerry Panaligan.
Thanksgiving mass was celebrated by Father Greg Mulligan, assisted by Father Vic Tungolh (Ret.), and it was well attended by the congregation members, their families, friends and guests from other chapters. Brother Hector Villanueva, a disciple preacher from California was the resource speaker for the celebration during a short program emceed by Romy de Leon and Alma Estillore.
After the program, a pot luck dinner was served in the front yard of the church.
Other resource speakers for the congregation’s weekly meetings are Jhess Estillore, Nestor Terrible and Gerry Marquez.
The council members who manage the affair of the El Shaddai DWXI Winnipeg chapters are Obet Bulado, Michael Arididon, Reggie Borja and Vicky Paredes with the active support and assistance of elder member Nene Rojas.
The El Shaddai DWXI Prayer Partners Fellowship International Winnipeg Chapter holds its weekly prayer meeting every Sunday at 1 p.m. and everyone is welcome to attend. The chapter was founded in June 7, 1993.
