Located at 2221 King Edward St. the fully-accessible playground is designed to enhance mobility and accessibility, and provide tactile play sensations. Features like the “sway and glide” unit, for example, provide inclusive recreational opportunities for children with mobility aids, such as wheelchairs.

The City provided $24,700 in funding in addition to contributions from the Winnipeg School Division, the Tyndall Park Parent Council, and the Community Places 2016 Grant, for a total project budget of just under $100,000.
