On July 24, the City announced a $145,000 project that will build a brand-new playground at Garden Grove Park (2370 Burrows Ave.)

The improvements include a new play structure, new swing set, sand box, asphalt pathway, two park benches, two picnic tables, a new sign, and new trees. The funding comes from the 2018 Parks and Recreation Enhancement Program.
