Winnipeg School Division students had an ultra-rare opportunity to send their science projects into space with the assistance of astronauts aboard the International Space Station in June. Now that their experiments have returned to Earth, they spent an afternoon on Aug. 28 at the Inner City Science Centre located at Niji Mahkwa School (450 Flora Ave.) examining their test modules. This is the closing of a year’s work with the Student Spaceflight Experiments Program.
