Journey to Churchill: Special vehicles hauling food and supplies along an ice trail are expected to arrive in Churchill this afternoon, and the isolated northern community is planning a welcome celebration. Churchill has been without rail service since sections of the Hudson Bay Railway were washed out this spring.
