The Wrap: Teens murder pleas, election roundup and personal stylist

Good evening. Here’s a look at what our newsroom has been working on today:

'We did it smart'

Two Interlake-area teens pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in an unprovoked attack on a man in his car in Assiniboine Park in February 2022.

Hours after stabbing and bludgeoning Paul Enns to death, the teens, now 18 and 17, bragged to friends about the slaying, boasting they “did it smart” and wouldn’t get caught, a court heard Monday.

Enns was found dead in the backseat of his BMW, in a parking lot near Conservatory Drive at 3 a.m. the next day.
