Back to work

Happy Monday!

It’s my first day back at the office after a week-long vacation in which I did very little else but read novels with storylines that contained zero pets.

To make up for John Boyne’s and Ann Patchett’s narratives, I took long, meandering walks that always involved pets.

Anyway, since I’m now stuck inside catching up on all the news I missed, I thought I’d share a worthwhile read by Arts and Life reporter Eva Wasney, who last week asked local filmmaker Karsten Wall a few questions about his upcoming nature documentary.

Be sure to watch the adorable trailer for Modern Goose, which was shot in and around Manitoba.

Have a great week!
