Blood brothers: A Winnipegger finally met the German man whose stem-cell donation changed his life when they embraced at the airport Thursday. Thieves strike stations: A public bike repair station outside the Broadway Neighbourhood Centre is being moved indoors because of repeated thefts. Currie Gillespie, general manager of the company that builds and sells the bike-repair stations, says every public station has been looted or vandalized at least once. Maggie Macintosh reports. Reports released: The provincial government released two reports on harassment in the government workplace Thursday. Rochelle Squires, the minister responsible for the status of women, called the results heartbreaking. “We had over 3,000 employees share their experiences with us.
