Settlement in switched-at-birth case: Ottawa has reached a financial settlement with two of four Indigenous men from northern Manitoba who were switched at birth at the Norway House Indian Hospital in 1975 and learned about it decades later. Details of the deal were not disclosed. The two other men have yet to agree to a settlement. READ MORE
