Tornado talk: The Rural Municipality of Alonsa’s council is meeting this morning to discuss recovery plans after Friday’s deadly category EF-4 tornado. A spokesman for the provincial government said Tuesday it’s too early to estimate the cost of cleanup and property loss. Larry Kusch reports. READ MORE
