Journey to Churchill: Natural Resources Minister Jim Carr is heading to Churchill today to announce new funding aiming to “benefit food security, scientific research and education, as well as economic development in northern Manitoba.” He will be the first federal cabinet minister to visit Churchill since the railway leading to the community was closed in May.
