Free Press Head Start for Dec. 23

Good morning!

Before you do anything else, take a look outside and make sure you have everything you need for a cold, blustery day. Environment Canada has issued two weather advisories, one for extreme cold and the other for blowing snow.

If you’re so inclined, it might be a good day for staying inside and baking — the Free Press Homemade holidays: 12 days of vintage sweets series features its final entry today, a reader recipe for rum balls. Yum!
